    One thing that gets overlooked when people talk about hunger is the element of time.

    I’ve heard people say that all folks have to do is get a big bag of rice and a big bag of beans and cook that up – but there’s no acknowledgement of how long it can take to cooky healthy, nutritious meals, or how much time and energy parents in a working family might have to devote to cooking.
